Shipping and Returns

Shipping & Returns On most orders please allow 10-14 business days for processing.

Delivery time depends on the item ordered and if we have the item in stock. We may need time to get all the materials or requested colors or styles in stock from the factory before we can ship. Normal in-stock, non-custom items can be shipped within 10 days. If you requested a custom item and we have all the materials in stock please allow 14 days for shipment. Other items that need to be ordered from our suppliers may take 3-4 weeks for delivery.

All orders will be shipped UPS ground or Priority Mail from the U.S. Postal Service unless other arrangements have been made.

RETURN POLICY Items may be exchanged for store credit only if you are not fully satisfied. Since most of our products need to be custom ordered or special ordered from our suppliers all sales are final. We will exchange for store credit non custom items if you are not fully satisfied. No exchanges or returns on custom ordered items or materials. If there is a problem or a defect with any item received we will replace that item in a timely manner. Many of our items are hard to find collectors items, in order to carry such a vast array some of our products must be ordered from the manufacturer and therefore refund requests are only granted if the item ordered is no longer available or takes longer than 4 weeks to ship.
